MGA are a small company of Chartered Surveyors and Environmentalists who believe in delivering a good quality client experience. We could not do that without staff who are just as passionate and dedicated.

We are expanding and looking for new talent to join the team. We take on graduate building surveyors who are on the APC road and Chartered Surveyors who are looking to become associates.

Our surveyors help clients solve tough problems and implement the solutions. This requires strong intellectual abilities and rigor, as well as a good, practical sense of what works and what doesn't in complex situations.

Leadership abilities
We look for people who strive to lead but who can also be part of an effective team if needed, ensuring optimum client service.

Communications skills
Communication is critical and an ability to interact with people with differing opinions, personalities and from different backgrounds in sometimes tough situations is an asset we value highly.
